Electric drive wafer-type soft-seal butterfly valve
Overview
D971X electric wafer-type soft-seal butterfly valve adopts an integrated structure. It can be controlled by connecting to a 220VAC power supply. It can also be added with a control module and input a control signal (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) for adjustment and control. The electric soft-seal butterfly valve has strong functions, small size, light weight, reliable performance, simple matching, and large flow capacity. For normal temperature and clean media, the valve plate can be selected with a soft seal (rubber ring, PTFE ring) to reduce leakage (up to 0.01%). For high temperature and high pressure conditions, a three-eccentric hard seal valve body can be selected. Electric soft-seal butterfly valves can be widely used in industrial process automatic control systems in industries such as food, environmental protection, light industry, petroleum, chemical industry, teaching equipment, papermaking, and electricity.

(5) Intelligent CNC: The built-in module uses advanced computer single chip and intelligent control software to directly receive the standard signal (4-20mA DC /1-5VDC) output by the computer or industrial instrument to realize intelligent control and accurate positioning of the valve opening.
3810 series or NA series electronic angular stroke actuators can also be selected. PSQ series or DYR series can also be selected. Valves with a diameter of ≥DN400 generally use 380VAC electric actuators.
