Pneumatically driven flanged soft-sealed butterfly valve uses and features
This product consists of a rubber-sealed butterfly valve and a carbon steel or stainless steel valve plate and valve stem. It is suitable for regulating flow and intercepting medium in water supply and drainage and gas pipelines with a temperature of ≤120°C, such as food, medicine, chemical industry, petroleum, electricity, textile, papermaking, etc. Its main features are:
1. Novel and reasonable design, unique structure, light weight, fast opening and closing.
2. Small operating torque, easy operation, labor-saving and dexterous.
3. It can be installed in any position and is easy to maintain.
4. The seal can be replaced, and the sealing performance is reliable to achieve two-way sealing and zero leakage.

Actuator
Adopting new series GT pneumatic actuator, there are double-acting and single-acting (spring return), gear transmission, safe and reliable; large-diameter valves adopt series AW pneumatic actuator fork transmission, reasonable structure, large output torque, double-acting and single-acting.
1. Gear-type double piston, large output torque, small size.
2. The cylinder is made of aluminum, light weight and beautiful appearance.
3. Manual operating mechanism can be installed at the top and bottom.
4. Rack connection can adjust the opening angle and rated flow.
5. The actuator can be optionally equipped with electrical signal feedback indication and various accessories to realize automatic operation.
6. IS05211 standard connection provides convenience for product installation and replacement.
7. The adjustable screws at both ends can make the standard product have an adjustable range of ±4° at 0° and 90°. Ensure the synchronization accuracy with the valve.
