When the medium flows forward, the valve disc is lifted by the force of the medium to allow the fluid to pass; once the medium stops flowing or flows back, the valve disc quickly falls back to the valve seat under the action of the reset mechanism (such as spring or gravity) to prevent the medium from flowing back. The lift check valve has a compact structure and good sealing performance, but it can usually only be installed on horizontal pipes.


Butterfly check valve: The valve disc of the butterfly check valve rotates around the pin shaft in the valve seat. It has a simple structure, but relatively poor sealing performance, and is usually also installed on horizontal pipes. The valve disc design of the butterfly check valve is diverse, including single-flap, double-flap and multi-flap to meet the needs of different calibers and working conditions.
