The flanged multi-layer metal hard seal butterfly valve adopts the three-dimensional eccentric principle design, which makes the spatial motion trajectory of the sealing surface idealized, and there is no friction or interference between the sealing surfaces. In addition, the sealing material is properly selected, so that the sealing, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and wear resistance of the butterfly valve are reliably guaranteed. It adopts accurate J-shaped elastic sealing ring and three-eccentric multi-layer metal hard seal structure, which is widely used in industrial pipelines such as metallurgy, electricity, petrochemical, water supply and drainage, and municipal construction with a medium temperature of 425℃, for regulating flow and carrying and cutting fluid. The valve adopts a three-eccentric structure, and the valve seat and the disc plate sealing surface are made of different hardness and stainless steel, with good corrosion resistance and long service life. This valve has a two-way sealing function, and the product meets the national GB/T13927-92 valve pressure test standard.

4. The large-size butterfly plate adopts a lattice structure with high strength, large flow area and small flow resistance.
5. The flange-type multi-layer butterfly valve has a two-way sealing function. It is not restricted by the flow direction of the medium during installation, nor is it affected by the spatial position. It can be installed in any direction.
6. The drive device can be installed in multiple positions (rotated 90° or 180°) for easy user use.
