Forged steel flange stop valve
I. Product use:
High-pressure forged steel series stop valves are not only suitable for medium and low pressure occasions, but also suitable for various working conditions such as high-pressure petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, electricity, etc., to cut off or connect pipeline media.
II. Product features
1. Compact structure, beautiful shape, and reduced diameter flow channel.
2. The sealing surface is made of alloy steel or hard alloy, and the sealing auxiliary materials are reasonably matched and have a long service life.
3. The valve stem axis of the stop valve is perpendicular to the valve seat sealing surface. The valve stem has a relatively short opening or closing stroke and has a very reliable cutting action, making this valve very suitable for cutting off or regulating and throttling the medium
4. Various piping standards and connection forms can be selected (such as socket welding, butt welding, thread, flange)
5. During the opening and closing process, the friction between the valve disc and the valve body sealing surface is smaller than that of the gate valve, so it is wear-resistant. The opening height is generally only 1/4 of the valve seat channel diameter, so it is much smaller than the gate valve. Usually there is only one sealing surface on the valve body and the valve disc, so the manufacturing process is better and easy to maintain.

5. Valve body material: WCB, ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti, ZG1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, CF8(304), CF3(304L), CF8M(316), CF3M(316L), Ti. Different materials can be used for water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing medium, urea and other media.
