Overview of forged steel internal thread and socket welding stop valve:
Forged steel stop valve has three bonnet designs. The first is the bolted bonnet. The valve body and bonnet are connected by bolts and nuts and sealed by spiral wound gasket (316 sandwiched with flexible graphite). Metal ring connection can also be used when customers have special requirements. The second design is the welded bonnet. The valve body and bonnet are connected by threads and fully welded. Through-welding connection can also be used when customers have special requirements. The third is the self-sealing bonnet. The valve body and bonnet are connected by threads and sealed by internal pressure self-sealing ring.
Structural features:
1. The design and manufacture of the stop valve complies with API602 and ASME B16.34. Inspection and testing are in accordance with API 598, and marking is in accordance with MSS-SP-25.
2. Full diameter or reduced diameter
3. Rising stem bracket type
4. Self-centering pressure plate sleeve type
5. Bolted connection, spiral wound gasket sealed valve cover, nut connection, fully welded sealed valve cover and threaded internal pressure self-tightening valve cover
6. Integral upper sealing seat
7. Socket end complies with ASME B16.11
8. Threaded connection end (NPT) complies with ANSI/ASME B1.20.1
9. The valve disc can be converted into throttling type, needle type, ball type and check type
