Overview of Pneumatic Diaphragm Sleeve Control Valve
The pneumatic diaphragm sleeve control valve is small in shape, light in weight, high in performance and large in capacity. It is a new generation of general control valve products that meet IEC standards. It is suitable for production process control systems with general fluid media and process conditions. This product consists of a new type of pneumatic multi-spring diaphragm actuator and a low flow resistance sleeve valve. The features are as follows:
1. It adopts a balanced core, small unbalanced force, large allowable pressure difference and stable operation.
2. The valve core guide surface is large, which can improve the vibration caused by vortex and impact and reduce damage.
3. The noise is reduced by about 10bd compared with ordinary single and double seat control valves.
4. The structure is simple and easy to install and disassemble.
