Pneumatic v-type regulating ball valve is a newly developed hard-sealed, PTFE-sealed regulating ball valve. It adopts a movable valve seat structure loaded by a leaf spring. The valve seat and the ball will not produce problems such as jamming or separation. The seal is reliable and the service life is long. The valve core of the v-type ball valve is designed as a v-shaped notch with a special switch. It has a large flow capacity, small pressure loss, and accurate interception characteristics and control functions. The flow characteristics are approximately equal percentage. The opening and closing parts adopt a v-shaped ball notch structure, which completely solves the problem of easy deposition of media in the valve cavity.

6. Superior sealing of metal valve seat: The V-type ball valve adopts a movable metal valve seat, self-compensation function, and has excellent sealing performance and ultra-long service life. In the flow direction, the leakage is ≤10-6×rated flow coefficient.
7. Strong shearing ability: The V-type ball valve adopts a metal hard sealing structure. During the rotation of the V-type ball valve core and the metal valve seat, the V-shaped notch and the valve seat generate a strong shearing force that can cut off impurities such as fibers, and has a self-cleaning function to avoid valve jamming.
