Manual concealed stem knife gate valve
This knife gate valve is a new type of gate valve. It is small in size, light in weight, and light in material. It is an ideal product for sewage, coal slurry, syrup, mud, air, slag water mixture, water supply, papermaking, mining and other industries.
The knife gate valve adopts metal-to-metal hard seal or metal-to-rubber soft seal. During the opening and closing process, the gate and the sealing surface adopt a special design, which has less friction and is durable.
The upper seal of this knife gate breaks through the conventional sealing form and adopts an upper cover structure, so that the upper seal is changed from a large-area rectangular seal to a small-area circumferential seal, and the sealing performance is greatly improved. On the basis of the circumferential seal, the currently internationally advanced floating seal is used to change it to a large-area circumferential seal, and the sealing performance is greatly improved. On the basis of the circumferential seal, the currently internationally advanced floating seal structure is used, so that the upper seal reaches the same life as the pipeline, thereby improving the service life of the valve as a whole.
After the sealing device is installed on the top of the hand wheel, the movable parts of the valve can be closed, and the screw drive of the gate and the valve stem will not be stuck due to the drying of the lubricating oil.
It is particularly suitable for long-term normal operation in dusty and dry harsh environments. Note: It can be designed and produced according to the environment and requirements of the user unit, suitable for user installation and use.
