Product Overview
The wafer butterfly check valve is used for pure pipelines and industrial, environmental protection, water treatment, and high-rise building water supply and drainage pipelines to prevent the reverse flow of the medium. The check valve adopts a wafer type, the butterfly plate is two semicircles, and the spring is used for forced reset. The sealing surface can be welded with wear-resistant materials or lined with rubber. It has a wide range of uses and reliable sealing.
Performance characteristics
1. During the use of this valve, the medium flows in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure.
2. When the medium flows in the specified direction, the valve disc is opened by the force of the medium; when the medium flows back, due to the deadweight of the valve disc and the reverse force of the valve disc on the valve disc, the valve disc and the sealing surface of the valve seat are tightly closed, so as to prevent the backflow of the medium.
3. The sealing surface of the valve body and valve disc is welded with stainless steel.
4. The structural length of this valve is in accordance with the provisions of GB12221-1989, and the flange connection size is in accordance with the provisions of JB/T79-1994.
