BKK currently uses investment casting technology for production. The main production equipment includes wax model making equipment, medium frequency induction furnace, natural gas roasting furnace, trolley type electric heat treatment furnace, shot blasting machine, etc. The main testing equipment includes German SPECPRO spectrometer, hydraulic universal material testing machine, impact testing machine, impact test low temperature tank, impact specimen notch broaching machine, metallographic microscope, X-ray machine, magnetic particle flaw detector, wall thickness measuring instrument, etc.

Strict quality control is implemented from raw material incoming inspection to process inspection and final inspection. Each production process is strictly controlled at each level, the quality of each product is strictly controlled, and quick response makes production efficiency more efficientThe factory has a series of testing instruments and equipment applied to various inspection and control links, such as spectral analysis, mechanical properties, non-destructive testing, thickness testing, etc. BKK has more than 200 sets of various processing equipment such as mechanical processing, welding, heat treatment, machining center, paint coating line, etc. The processing diameter is 2500mm and the single piece weight is 10 tons. CNC machine tools and machining centers are fully used to ensure the excellent performance of products.
